I originally got the idea to make these little easter treats from this blog (via pinterest), but I adapted it a bit and did my own thing to make these cute little carrot treat bags for Jack's friends at school. I'm sure you've all seen them before!
Here is what you'll need.
- Green paper easter "grass"
- Rubber bands
- Ribbon (any version of green)
- Tags (I printed mine free from here)
- Hole Punch
- Cheese Balls
- Pastry Bags or Cone shaped treat bags
- Scissors
First fill your bag with cheese puffs
Then fill the top with the grass,
and tie off with the rubber band (the rubber band insures it stays in place as you can make it really tight).
Hole punch your tags, thread ribbon and tie around the rubber band. Ta Da instant carrot success!
I really loved how these turned out and think Jack's friends will enjoy them.
I wish I would have had Jack help, but I did this last minute tonight as I just ran out of time.
Hoppy Easter everyone!
